These Terms are between you and King Entertainment LLC (“King Entertainment,” “we,” “us”).
These Terms apply to use of our website and to event packages and digital passes purchased through King Entertainment. The package benefits, selected event details and restrictions disclosed before payment form part of your booking.
Use the website lawfully. Do not interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, misuse private pass links or submit fraudulent information.
King Entertainment and third-party owners retain their respective rights in website content. Any use requiring permission must be authorized by the relevant rights holder.
External services have their own terms. These website-use rules do not remove purchased ticket benefits or rights protected by applicable law.
Payment is required in full. A purchase is confirmed after successful payment has been verified and the order has been confirmed. A payment-processing screen alone is not confirmation that a pass has been issued.
Before paying, review your package, selected events, dates, admission requirements and delivery email address. Prices are in US dollars unless stated otherwise. Advertised ticket prices must include mandatory fees that are known and calculable at the time of the offer. Government charges and genuinely optional additions may be treated separately where permitted, but must be disclosed, with the final payable total, before payment.
Payment-card information is handled by the payment provider. King Entertainment does not need your full card details to provide ticket support.
Your booking confirmation records the package and benefits purchased. Current package descriptions are:
Royal Access: Admission to three selected participating events, two drinks per selected event and a digital QR pass.
Royal Gold Access: Admission to four selected participating events, two drinks per selected event and a digital QR pass.
Kingdom VIP Access: Admission to three selected participating events; designated VIP seating or lounge access subject to the capacity conditions disclosed before purchase; the advertised hosted drink experience during its designated service window; a three-question business promotional interview; and a digital QR pass.
All packages have the 30-day validity described below. Benefits must not be interpreted as including services that were not advertised with your purchase. In particular, Kingdom VIP Access does not promise unlimited drinks or an unstated numerical allowance.
Your pass covers the specific dated events confirmed at purchase. Each occurrence is a separate event, even where events share a name.
Activation occurs upon verified successful payment. Using the America/New_York timezone, the activation calendar date is day one and the thirtieth calendar date is included. For example, activation on October 1 covers October 1–30. The dates displayed on your confirmed pass govern its validity; this is a calendar-day period, not a promise of 720 hours.
Individual event times follow the timezone stated in the relevant listing. Only eligible event dates within the package validity period may be selected.
Paid selections are final for customer-requested changes arising from personal plans. This does not restrict remedies for an organiser cancellation, material change or failure to provide purchased services.
After verified payment and ticket creation, your QR pass is available on the website and a copy is sent to the delivery email address reviewed before checkout. Check your ticket-delivery email carefully before paying and contact us promptly if it is incorrect.
The website and email provide the same pass. Downloading, reopening or receiving an authorised resend does not create another ticket or increase your benefits. A separate paid purchase has its own pass.
Email can be delayed or filtered into Junk or Spam. Your email application may require you to allow images. These delivery or display issues do not invalidate an issued pass; use the secure website pass page or saved download where available.
Keep your QR and private pass-access link secure. If you need help accessing your digital pass, contact us. We may ask for your order number or other purchase details to verify your purchase before resending access. A payment receipt is separate from the admission pass and must not be used as a replacement QR ticket. Receipt availability is not a condition of using an otherwise valid pass.
One pass provides one recorded admission to each selected event. A pass already redeemed for admission to that event cannot be used for a second admission. Any permitted venue re-entry requires the venue's separate instructions; the QR does not automatically provide another entry.
Do not share, duplicate or distribute your pass for unauthorised use. A screenshot does not create additional rights. Because this is a static QR, a copied pass could be presented first by another person. Any dispute about redemption will be reviewed against the available records; possession of a QR alone does not establish age or identity.
You must meet the age requirements for your selected event and comply with its entry rules. Valid identification is required for age-restricted events and to redeem alcoholic drinks. Customers are responsible for checking that they meet the event’s age requirements before purchasing. Purchasing a ticket does not override those requirements; guests below the required admission age will be refused entry.
Admission and alcohol eligibility are separate. An event that admits guests aged 18 or over does not thereby authorise alcohol service to guests under 21. Purchasing a package does not override applicable law or disclosed venue requirements.
Royal Access and Royal Gold Access provide up to two included drinks per selected event. Drink redemption is separate from admission. Included drinks, VIP services and interviews are subject to the selection, service times and restrictions stated in the relevant package or event details. Unused included drinks do not carry over to another event or convert automatically to cash or credit, except as otherwise required by law.
Alcohol benefits at participating US events are restricted to guests aged 21 or over with valid, accepted identification. Service must comply with the applicable state or district's laws and the venue or licensed provider's rules. Service may be lawfully refused, including where age cannot be verified or further service is prohibited. A package is not a guarantee of alcohol service regardless of those requirements.
Nonalcoholic substitutions are included only where expressly advertised. Customers should contact us before purchase if they cannot meet the disclosed benefit requirements.
Kingdom VIP hosted drinks follow the advertised selection and service window. VIP seating or lounge access follows the arrangements and capacity conditions disclosed before purchase. If a service included in your purchase cannot be provided, the provisions of these Terms concerning refunds and service resolution will apply, together with any rights available under applicable consumer protection law.
Where included in the purchased package, King Entertainment will conduct a three-question interview to promote the participant’s business. The interview may be published on King Entertainment’s social media channels, subject to the participant’s consent to recording and publication. Publication, audience reach, enquiries, sales and other promotional outcomes are neither guaranteed nor promised.
Customers are responsible for carefully reviewing all selected events and admission dates before completing their purchase. Once payment is completed, selections are final and cannot be changed to accommodate personal preferences, scheduling conflicts or non-attendance. This does not affect the provisions concerning organizer cancellations, material changes or rights protected by applicable law.
If a selected event takes place as scheduled and a customer does not attend for personal reasons, its unused admission and benefits are not refundable or exchangeable for another event, and package validity will not be extended, except where applicable law requires otherwise. An unused event admission cannot be exchanged for another upcoming event.
This rule does not decide remedies for organiser cancellations, rescheduling, material changes or services not provided.
King Entertainment will communicate cancellations and material changes to affected customers using the booking contact details available to it.
Affected customers may contact King Entertainment with their order reference for review and any remedy required by applicable law. This does not affect any refund or other rights provided by applicable law, and a credit or substitute event is not the only available remedy where the law requires another remedy.
Guests must follow lawful venue rules and reasonable safety instructions. Violence, harassment, threatening conduct, ticket fraud and other unlawful behaviour are prohibited. Failure to comply with safety instructions or venue rules may result in intervention by venue security, refusal of entry or removal from the event. Where appropriate, law enforcement or other relevant authorities may be notified.
Admission or service may be refused, or a guest removed, where justified by applicable law and the disclosed rules. Refunds are not automatic. Any refund entitlement will be determined under these Terms and applicable law.
The Privacy Policy separately explains how booking information, ticket records and customer communications are handled. Accepting purchase terms does not by itself constitute consent to marketing emails or promotional filming.
For assistance, email info@thekingentertainment.com .
When contacting support, provide your order reference. Do not post your private pass link publicly or send full card details.
Updates to these Terms apply to future purchases and do not reduce the benefits attached to existing purchases. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any rights or remedies protected by applicable law.
These Terms also apply to Kingdom Guest List registrations. A confirmed registration provides one complimentary admission to the selected event, subject to the conditions advertised for that event. It does not include package benefits, drinks or VIP access unless expressly stated.
Guest-list places are limited separately for each event. Registration is confirmed only when your details have been successfully saved and confirmation is displayed. Only one registration per person per event is permitted. Repeated submissions using the same email address do not provide additional places.
You must register using your accurate first name, surname and email address. Valid identification will be checked at entrance to match your name to the guest list and verify that you meet the event’s stated age requirements. Guests who cannot provide acceptable identification or do not meet the required admission age will be refused entry, even if their guest-list registration was confirmed.
Guest-list registration does not override the age and identification requirements in section 6, alcohol restrictions, lawful venue rules or any arrival deadline disclosed before registration.
Each registration admits only the named guest and cannot be shared or used for additional admissions. Entrance staff will mark the registration as checked in. Any permitted re-entry follows the venue’s separate rules.
The Privacy Policy explains how guest-list information is collected, used, shared and retained.

This Privacy Policy explains how King Entertainment LLC (“King Entertainment,” “we,” “us”) handles personal information when you visit our website, purchase event packages, use a digital pass or contact us.
When you purchase a package, we collect your delivery email address, package and selected-event details, payment confirmation and transaction references, purchase dates and pass-validity dates. We also record the versions of the purchase terms and privacy notice presented with your order and the associated acknowledgment times.
When you use your pass, we record admission and included-benefit redemptions, such as the event, time and redemption outcome. This helps us provide your purchased benefits and prevent a pass being used more than permitted.
If you contact us, we process the contact details and information you provide so we can respond to your enquiry.
We review summarized website usage information through our hosting provider to understand how many people visit our website, which pages receive the most visits, and how visitor numbers change over time. Individual visitors' IP addresses are not displayed to us in the Web Analytics dashboard.
Our website hosting provider may process IP addresses and other technical request information to operate its hosting services, calculate anonymous visitor statistics and maintain security. The dashboard limitation does not mean that no IP address is processed by the host or that other technical services never process IP addresses.
We receive information from service providers involved in your booking. For example, our payment provider supplies transaction references, payment status and relevant payment-contact details; our email provider supplies message identifiers and available sending or delivery information. Authorised event personnel record admission and benefit use associated with your pass.
These sources help us fulfil purchases, provide support and investigate errors or disputed use. The information available depends on the service and its configuration. We do not receive your full card number or security code through our ticket application.
We use this information to:
Process and confirm purchases.
Provide your selected events and package benefits.
Issue, deliver and help recover your digital pass.
Validate admission and benefit use and investigate unauthorised redemption.
Respond to enquiries and resolve booking or payment problems.
Keep appropriate transaction records and meet applicable legal obligations.
Maintain and protect the website and ticket service.
Providing an email address for your ticket does not automatically subscribe you to promotional emails. Any marketing communications must have appropriate notices, choices and unsubscribe arrangements.
Payments are processed through Stripe's secure checkout. Our ticket application is designed not to receive or store full payment-card numbers or card security codes. We retain the payment references and confirmation information needed to administer your purchase.
Stripe processes payment information under its own privacy policy. Do not send full card details to King Entertainment by email.
Your QR pass uses a unique ticket reference linked to your booking. The QR does not display your email address or payment-card details, but it provides access to ticket information through the ticket service. Keep it private.
We use your confirmed delivery email to send your pass and essential booking communications. Our email provider processes the recipient address, message content, ticket attachments and technical sending information. We retain relevant sending records to investigate delivery problems and provide support.
Your email and website pass represent the same ticket. Forwarding your ticket email or sharing your private pass link may allow someone else to access or present it.
We share information with providers where needed to operate the website, process payments, store booking records and deliver ticket emails. These include payment-processing, transactional-email, database/storage and website-hosting providers.
We may make relevant ticket and redemption information available to authorised event personnel where needed to check admission, provide purchased benefits and resolve ticket issues.
We may disclose relevant information to professional advisers or competent authorities where required by law or reasonably necessary to investigate fraud, protect safety or exercise or defend legal rights. Information may also be disclosed at your request or with your permission for a specified purpose. We seek to limit disclosures to information relevant to that purpose.
Provider processing may take place in the United States or other countries under the arrangements applicable to their services. Where additional international-transfer requirements apply, appropriate arrangements must be in place.
Our website and service providers may use cookies, browser storage and similar technologies for essential functions, security, payment processing and service operation. Temporary browser state may be used to retain package selections during the purchase process.
Cookies are small files stored by your browser; similar technologies can store or retrieve information in other ways. You can manage or delete stored information through your browser settings. Blocking technologies needed for a feature may prevent that feature from working correctly.
If optional analytics, advertising or email-tracking technologies are enabled, the published policy must describe their actual use, the providers involved and any consent or opt-out choices required by applicable law.
Our website may link to external websites and social platforms. If you follow a link or use an external service, that provider's terms and privacy notice apply to its processing. We do not control those websites or their privacy practices. Review their notices before providing personal information.
Information already collected through our own services remains covered by this policy. Where a third-party service is embedded on our website, its actual data collection must also be disclosed; a link disclaimer does not replace that disclosure.
Our standard retention period for personal information no longer needed to provide a service is 30 days after the relevant service has ended . For ticket-service information, this period begins after the package has expired and any outstanding service or support issue has been resolved. For standalone enquiries, it begins when the enquiry is closed.
For tax, accounting, disputes, fraud investigations or legal claims, we may retain necessary purchase and ticket records, such as your order reference, delivery email, package and event selections, payment amount and status, and redemption history. Access is restricted, and records are deleted or anonymized when no longer needed.
Service providers' technical records and backup copies may follow different retention schedules. The 30-day period is not a promise that payment, hosting, email or other independent providers delete all of their records on the same date.
We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards to protect personal information. No online service can guarantee absolute security.
Keep your QR pass and private access link secure. Do not share them with others.
Alcohol benefits are restricted to guests aged 21 or over , subject to applicable law and valid, accepted identification. Event admission follows the age requirement stated in the relevant event listing and Terms of Use and Purchase Terms.
The ticket system may record that a required age/identification check was confirmed. It does not store identification-document photographs, full ID numbers or dates of birth through that confirmation feature.
Depending on where you live and which laws apply to our business and your information, you may have rights to:
Ask whether we process your personal information and obtain access to or a copy of it.
Request correction of inaccurate information.
Request deletion, subject to applicable exceptions.
Receive a copy of certain personal information in a commonly used digital format.
Object to or request restrictions on certain uses of your personal information, where applicable law provides these rights.
Appeal a decision about a privacy request where the applicable law provides that right.
To make a request, email info@thekingentertainment.com . Describe the request and provide enough information for us to locate the relevant records. Do not send us full payment card details, card security codes or copies of identification documents.
We may confirm that a request relates to you using your order reference or associated email address, without requesting copies of identification documents. If someone acts on your behalf, we may also confirm their authority. We respond within applicable legal deadlines and explain any permitted exceptions or extensions. Certain records may be retained where necessary for legal obligations, transaction administration, fraud prevention or unresolved disputes. We do not unlawfully discriminate against anyone for exercising their privacy rights.
If you have a concern about how we handle your information, email info@thekingentertainment.com with the subject Privacy complaint and explain the issue. We will review the concern and respond as required by applicable law.
Our online event-package and ticket-purchase services are intended for adult purchasers, including parents or guardians booking children’s or family events, and are not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through these services.
If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided personal information to us, contact info@thekingentertainment.com so we can investigate. If we become aware that children's information has been collected without the authorisation required by applicable law, we will take appropriate steps to remove it or otherwise address the collection as the law requires.
Parental permission does not override an event's admission age or the legal requirements for alcohol service. The age and identification requirements for attending an event remain set out in the event information and Terms of Use and Purchase Terms.
For privacy questions or requests, email info@thekingentertainment.com .
Do not include full card details or publish your private ticket-access link when requesting assistance.
Updates to this Privacy Policy will be published on this website with a revised effective date and version number.
Admission rules, drinks, package validity, cancellations and refunds are covered by our separate Terms of Use and Purchase Terms .
When you register for the Kingdom Guest List, we collect your first name, surname, email address and selected event. We also record your registration, acknowledgment of the applicable terms and privacy notice, and admission check-in status.
We use your name to manage the guest list and verify your registration at entry. Your email address helps distinguish guests with the same name and prevent repeated registrations using the same email for the same event. An email address alone does not verify a person’s identity.
Authorised King Entertainment personnel may access this information to administer registrations. Guest names and relevant admission information may be shared with authorised venue and security personnel. The standard guest list copied for the venue does not include email addresses. Registering does not automatically subscribe you to marketing emails.
Entrance staff will check valid identification to match the guest-list name and confirm compliance with the event’s age requirements. The guest-list system does not collect or store ID photographs, full identification numbers or dates of birth through this check.
Guest-list personal information will be deleted or anonymized within 30 days after the relevant event ends, or after cancellation if no replacement date is arranged. Necessary records may be retained longer to resolve an outstanding dispute, investigate suspected misuse or meet a legal obligation, and will be deleted or anonymized when no longer needed. Copies held by King Entertainment follow the same arrangements; receiving venues will be instructed to follow these arrangements, subject to their legal obligations. The existing provisions concerning service-provider records and backups continue to apply.
